4. 动态水流静电纺纳米纱的制备用于肌腱组织再生

      动态水流静电纺由本实验室推出用于制备多孔纳米纤维支架,此方法是利用两个水盆接收静电纺纳米纤维,上面的水盆底下开一个孔,水流可以流出,于是在水面上形成一个漩涡。纺在水面上的纳米纤维被漩涡捻成纱线并随水流流出,转滚接收后得到取向多孔纳米纱支架。动态水流静电纺得到的纳米纱膜具有比纳米纤维膜更大的孔径和更高的孔隙率,可以让细胞三维长入,细胞培养14天后可以从纳米纱支架的一侧长入另一侧。该支架成功地用于肌腱和血管再生。


4. Dynamic Liquid electrospun nanoyarn preparation and for tendon tissue regeneration

Dynamic Liquid electrospinning was introduced by our laboratory for the preparation of porous nanofiber scaffolds. This method uses two water basins to receive electrospun nanofibers. A hole is opened under the up water basin, and the water flow can flow out to the down water basin, thus forming a vortex on the water surface of the up water basin. The nanofibers spun on the water surface are vortexed into yarns and flowed out with the water flow, and the orientated porous nanoyarn is obtained on the roll.  The nanoyarn film obtained by dynamic liquid electrospinning has a larger pore size and a higher porosity than the nanofiber membrane, allowing the cells to grow in three dimensions, and the cells can grown from one side of the nanoyarn to the other side after 14 days of cell culture. This nanoyarn scaffolds were successfully used for tendon and vascular regeneration.
