3. 胶原蛋白/壳聚糖复合纳米纤维膜用于皮肤组织再生

      利用静电纺丝的方法制备胶原蛋白/壳聚糖复合纳米纤维;此纳米纤维被成功地用于修复了大鼠背部皮肤缺损。静电纺纳米纤维具有仿生组织细胞外基质的纳米丝状结构,提供大的比表面有利于细胞的粘附和增值。胶原蛋白的应用促进组织快速再生,壳聚糖的应用起到抗菌作用,此纳米纤维可用于皮肤烧伤、溃疡、创伤、缺损、糖尿病溃疡等症状。


3. Collagen/chitosan composite nanofiber membrane for skin tissue regeneration

Collagen/chitosan composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning, which was successfully used to repair rat back skin defects. Electrospun nanofibers have a nanofibrous structure of the biomimetic extracellular matrix, providing a large specific surface that facilitates cell adhesion and proliferation.  The application of collagen promotes the rapid regeneration of tissues. The application of chitosan plays an antibacterial role. This nanofiber can be used for skin burns, ulcers, wounds, defects, diabetic ulcers and other skin defect.
