1. 双组份医用胶粘合剂

内伤和外伤需要的伤口粘合和止血是临床的常见情况,需要大量的医用粘合剂和止血剂,目前临床应用的医用粘合剂主要有两类,一是氰基丙烯酸类,二是纤维蛋白胶类。前者是一种化学制剂,用于粘合日常用品,粘合力强,但是具有毒性。后者来源于血制品,具有传播疾病的危险。本发明给出的多糖双组份粘合剂来源于生物相容性好的天然材料,生物安全,体内可降解,并且粘合性好。开发其作为医用粘合剂,具有应用前景。本实验室推出的是醛基化葡聚糖和氨化羧基甲基壳聚糖双组份医用胶,经过席夫碱反应这一双组分医用胶在1分钟以内成胶,能快速粘合组织并止血。大鼠皮肤粘合实验证明其粘合强度高于纤维蛋白胶。无毒性、生物可降解,可大面积用于创面止血、脏器切除时止血、伤口粘合等。此多糖双组份胶原料价格低廉,因此售价远比纤维蛋白胶低,具有市场竞争力。


1. Two-component medical adhesive

Wound adhesion and hemostasis required for internal injuries and trauma are common clinical conditions, requiring a large amount of medical adhesives and hemostatic agents. Currently, there are two main types of medical adhesives for clinical use, one is Cyanoacrylate, and the other is Fibrin glue. The former is a chemical agent used to bond everyday products with strong adhesion but toxicity. The latter comes from blood products and carries the risk of spreading diseases. The polysaccharide two-component adhesive given by the invention is derived from a natural biocompatible material, is biosafe, degradable in vivo, and has good adhesion. Developed as a medical adhesive, it has application prospects. Our laboratory introduced the aldehyde dextran and ammoniated carboxymethyl chitosan two-component medical glue. The two-component medical glue reacted by Schiff base in less than 1 minute to form a gel, which can quickly bond the tissue and stop bleeding. Rat skin adhesion experiments demonstrated that the bond strength was higher than that of fibrin glue.  Non-toxic, biodegradable, can be used for large-scale wound hemostasis, wound adhesion, etc. The polysaccharide two-component adhesive raw material is low in price, so the price is much lower than that of fibrin glue, and it is competitive in the market.
